Today's Friday Fave is a special one! This BEAUTIFUL Disney x Montblanc Notebook was a gift from my parents. They have always enjoyed using Montblanc pens and my dad even gifted me one from his collection sometime last year. My mama LOVES Disney and both my parents know how much I enjoy stationery, so this notebook was an incredibly thoughtful gift. I will cherish it forever!

The perfect, jewel-tone blue Saffiano leather is a dream to hold! The notebook is filled with 192 (85gsm) gold-leafed, lined pages watermarked with the iconic Montblanc emblem. Some of the pages even feature a "scanimation" where you can use the provided plastic slider to reveal some fun Mickey Mouse animations. 

As you can see, I haven't really started writing in it with the exception of the quick pen test with my TWSBI Diamond 580 Fountain Pen with Lamy Black Ink in the back of the notebook. I thought maybe I had made a mistake in doing so...tarnishing this stunning journal, but I quickly shook that off. I'm going to use this notebook and enjoy it to the fullest. No use in worrying about making it "perfect". (:

No...? It's just me? Haha. This undeniably cute stationery grab bag was kindly gifted to me by my brother and his super sweet girlfriend. They went to a Sanrio in LA a few weeks back and picked out a few Pompompurin goodies for me! :') Thank you both again for thinking of me!

Unfortunately, the only thing I could find a link to was the Pompompurin Gold-Foiled Sticker Sheet. It's almost too good to use! And I'm beyond excited to use the notepads, washi tape, and pen to reply to some sweet pen pal letters I've recently received. (: Look out my sweet pen friends, you may have some Pompomurin goodness headed your way! 

Herbin's Corail de Tropiques fountain pen ink.

I talked about this ink earlier in the week in my video - 3 Fountain Pen Inks You Need To Try. It's a beautifully, bright coral that I currently have inked up in my Sailor Pro Gear Yukitsubaki fountain pen. I think it's the perfect ink and pen pairing as the coral ink seems to closely match the pinkish coral flecks on the pen's body.

Corail de Tropiques actually means "tropical coral" and I feel like this ink's name is quite appropriate! Specifically, it's from their line "La Perle de Encres" which translates to "The Jewel Of Inks".
